I haven't been out shooting streets for so long now, I was at one point starting to enjoy learning the unique patterns and rhythm of Kyoto's streets. After 10 years in London I found that eventually you could occasionally anticipate things happening just before they did, leaving you those vital moments to compose and click, still a long way to go here. Hopefully I'll be out and about again before too long, who knows..
